Scholarship Coverage:
The University of Auckland Scholarships will provide: Up to 50 scholarships will be awarded annually and each will be worth up to $10,000 for graduate and undergraduate studies. The scholarship will be paid as compulsory credit for the first semester of study at the University of Auckland. Mandatory fees are those that apply only to the relevant degree program plus the student services fee.
Eligibility Criteria for the University of Auckland Scholarships:
To qualify for the University of Auckland Scholarships, a candidate must meet all of the following requirements:
- Required language: English.
- Eligible countries: All countries of the world.
- Students enrolling in the Research Masters program are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Undergraduate students from the University of Auckland Foundation Providers (UP Education and Taylors College) and New Zealand
- secondary school graduates are not eligible for this scholarship.
- Students must be enrolled in “on Campus” registration. Students enrolled as distance learning students will not be able to apply.
- International students are students who are not citizens, permanent residents, or holders of resident visas in New Zealand or Australia.
- The scholarship cannot be deferred until the following semester. A new scholarship application will be required.
- The scholarship may be held with any other scholarship
- Students must be international students applying for a Master’s degree (teaching) with 120 or more points or a Bachelor’s degree (with an overseas secondary or post-secondary qualification)
