Mitacs offers numerous number of science and technology fields for paid Internships in Canada. The candidate has to select at least one of the below fields to apply for this research internship program and those fields are mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria:
In order to participate in the Mitacs Research Internship Program 2024 in Canada, all applicants must first meet certain requirements.
Australian, Brazilian, Chilean, Chinese, Colombian, French, German, Hong Kong, Indian, Mexican, Pakistani, South Korean, Taiwanese, Tunisian, Ukrainian, and British citizens are welcome to apply.
The Internship will only be offered to those who meet the following requirements.
- The applicant needs to be either a senior in college or a graduate student with all prerequisites completed.
- The applicant is over the age of 18.
- The internship must last at least 12 weeks and take place in Canada.
- The applicant must have one or three semesters remaining as of the upcoming fall 2023 semester.

How To Apply:
The MITACS Research Internship program is conducted entirely online. Candidates who meet the criteria must submit their applications via the Mitacs website. After completing the form, the applicant must create an account on the MITACS portal, upload any supporting papers, and submit the application. Here’s how it’s done:
- The Global Student Platform is where hopefuls can submit their applications online.
- Start by signing up for an account, then filling out the application, uploading any necessary papers, and then submitting and saving your application.
