Eligibility Criteria:

Students who currently receive a scholarship or grant from another source are not eligible.
Those with a three-year study gap are not eligible to apply.
Candidates must be graduate students.
Any applicants who have ever attended a French higher education institution are ineligible.
Nonetheless, international students who have attended French higher education institutions are eligible to apply.
Foreign students must have been residing in France for less than a year in order to be eligible for an internship or training program there.
Also, students cannot already be enrolled in a certification-related course.
New arrivals to France and those under 30 years old are the requirements for entrance.
International students who have been accepted to Paris Saclay University or one of its affiliated institutions are required to apply.

A stipend of €10,000 will be given to students each year as part of this scholarship program.
Also, applicants may receive a trip reimbursement of up to 10,000 euros, which covers visa fees.
