The program’s objectives include giving young professionals the chance to advance their knowledge and abilities via hands-on experience, fostering a deeper comprehension of food security and nutrition challenges, and fostering diversity and inclusion in the agricultural industry.

The intern’s home country or the nation of an FAO member serves as the program’s base of operations. Interns will collaborate with seasoned FAO staff members to get practical experience in a range of fields, including research, project management, project design, and communication.

Young professionals have a fantastic opportunity to strengthen their resumes with relevant experience through the FAO Young Talent Internship Program while also supporting global initiatives to address food security and nutrition issues.
