This program allows you to register for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and obtain a Canada PR Visa.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker Program offered by Canada, applicants must meet certain conditions:

Work Skilled Experience: To be eligible for permanent residence, you must have held full-time employment (or its equivalent in part-time employment) in a job that qualifies as skilled according to TEER Category 0, 1, or 3 from the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC) for at least one year within the previous ten years.
Language Proficiency: Using test results from an IRCC-designated assessment agency, you must demonstrate that your language proficiency meets or exceeds the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 minimum requirement.
Education: You must submit either a Canadian academic credential or a foreign educational credential accompanied by the Educational Credential Assessment report for immigration purposes from an approved agency to demonstrate that your diploma, degree, or certificate is equivalent to a Canadian education credential (points are awarded based on completion of the Canadian education credential or its value under Canadian guidelines).
If you satisfy all minimum qualifications, your application will be evaluated based on the selection criteria within the points grid for federally skilled workers.
Settlement Funds: Applicants must provide evidence that they have sufficient funds to support themselves throughout the relocation process to Canada.
