The goal of Aspire’s leadership program is to improve the lives of young adults who are currently underserved by providing them with leadership development opportunities that will help them become tomorrow’s leaders and have a positive influence on their communities.

The Aspire Program for aspiring leaders was started by the Aspire Institute, which was established at Harvard University. This wide and diversified curriculum has been carefully selected by the Harvard faculty. Finalists will interact with a smart, hard-working group of future leaders from various academic backgrounds and geographies. Students from backgrounds of social and financial difficulty are eligible for this leadership program. Participants engage with a global community while grappling with issues of identity, ethics, technology, and structural change through this global and academic community.
Harvard wants to improve the lives of underprivileged youngsters all over the world and provide them with the tools they need to make a difference in their neighborhoods. Young leaders can take advantage of this chance to establish their culture among peers around the world while also gaining access to networks, resources, and educational possibilities that can change their lives. Your leadership path will be supported by the leadership development training program at Aspire Institute. The Aspire alumni network is made up of many individuals from various nations. This group’s membership grants access to a number of association networks.

Eligibility Criteria for the Aspire Leaders Program:
- Applicants must be aged 18 to 26. (some exceptions apply).
- Candidates ought to come from low-income families.
- They must be first-generation college students, meaning neither their parents nor their major caretakers have a bachelor’s degree.
- Individuals who have just graduated or are enrolled in an undergraduate program may apply.
- Applicants who have their studies interrupted by a natural disaster or an armed conflict (refugee students) are also eligible to apply.
